    "description": "You are invited to submit a tender for the provision of new boiler plant in the boiler room at Greenhill Primary School.\nThe scope of the project is fully described in the ITT and supporting documentation but in summary the scope is: \n- The contractor shall cost all necessary resources including weekend and overtime working to allow the project to be completed within the specified contract period \n- Carefully survey all services in the existing boiler rooms and remove all redundant mechanical and electrical services including any brackets and containment. When removed, the building structure shall be made good. \n- The contractor shall install and set to work the new boilers and flues and configure existing controls for the new boilers. All new and existing services within the boiler room are to insulated as specified. \n- The contractor shall employ the boiler manufacturer\u2019s commissioning engineers to commission the new boilers and certify them. \nThe timescale for the work is 4 weeks from commencement of the contract. It is planned to carry out these works during the summer vacation 2025 which commences on the 21st July and ends on the 29th August. \nContractors shall submit a detailed programme of works when submitting their costs for the project. The Contractors shall detail all key timings showing as a minimum, site setup, plant delivery, re-instatement works and commissioning and how this will be achieved in the 4-week period given. ",
