    "description": "The Authority requires a replacement Property Legal Services (PLS) contract. This contract will allow DWP Estates teams to continue to access property legal services following the conclusion of the existing PLS2 contract, which is due to expire on the 31st of January 2026. This contact, Property Legal Services 3 (PLS3), has been requested by Estates as part of the overall Estates Transformation programme. \nThe Authority has a defined set of requirements and outcomes as detailed in the Specification. \nThe specification provisions for all property legal services to DWP Estates across its whole estate; to include real estate advice, conveyancing, and litigation services related to all property matters.\nLegal services are also required for property leases (new, breaks and expiry), landlord consents, acquisitions, and disposals, rent review issues, landlord and tenant issues, dilapidations, licence alterations and general property advice.\nThe Invitation to Participate, including the Procurement Specific Questionnaire and all relevant documentation can be found at: \nPotential participants are reminded that they must be registered on the Central Digital Platform: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/procurement-act-2023-short-guides/suppliers-how-to-register-your-organisation-and-first-administrator-on-find-a-tender-in-three-easy-steps-html as this procurement will be undertaken under the Procurement Act 2023.\nThe Authority (DWP) are holding an awareness session on Wednesday 18th June at 13:00.\nIf you would be interested in attending, please send your contact details to luke.rowlands@DWP.gov.uk\nThe slide deck will be made available on the Portal following the event.",
