This includes secure database for client\u2019s information, mobile devices for staff to ensure accessibility.\nTraining: Staff must have relevant training and experience in working with complex clients that may not be seen as willing to engage in support.\nOut of Hours Provision: The service must include a reliable out- of- hours support system to address emergencies and provide continuous support.",
