This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR\nThe decision makers are commissioners of the Public Health Directorate at Portsmouth City Council. Declared and potential conflicts of interest were assessed and none were identified.\nThe Key Criteria were weighted as stated below:\n1) Quality and innovation 20%\n2) Value 10%\n3) Integration, collaboration and service sustainability 30%\n4) Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 30%\n5) Social value 10%\nIt was deemed that Criteria 1,3 and 4 were of most importance due to the integrated and collaborative nature required from the service as part of the wider infant feeding system.   The First 1,001 days is evolving as a life course stage, and the service needs to be innovative, flexible and ensure provision is at a high standard of quality.  Focusing on continuous improvements to access, uptake, and service user journey and supporting a reduction in inequalities.\nThe provider identified as the Most Suitable Provider demonstrated that they satisfy the above Key Criteria and provided assurance to the decision makers of their skills, knowledge and experience in delivering the service.",
