The Healthy Families Programme is the Department of Health\u2019s early intervention and prevention public health programme. It offers every family a programme of developmental reviews, health needs assessments and information and guidance to support parenting and promote healthy choices.\nThe integrated service will deliver:\n\u2022 Health visiting and school nursing services,\n\u2022 Mandated health and development reviews for 0 to 5\u2019s,\n\u2022 The national child measurement programme (NCMP),\n\u2022 An early intervention offer for parents with additional vulnerabilities,\n\u2022 The family nurse partnership programme.",
