    "description": "Buckingham Town Council (BTC) is seeking a qualified and reputable \r\ncompany to demolish an existing timber bridge at Bourton Park. Buckingham MK18 7AB on the provisions as set out in the tender document.\r\nThe location of the site is Bourton Park, Buckingham MK18 7AB. \r\nThe aim is to decide on a preferred supplier and to place an order in June 2025, for a start date in August 2025. \r\nThis project requires:\r\nDemolition, removal and disposal of existing concrete, brick and wooden structures, including but not limited to abutments, timber girders, deck, curbs (in whole or in part);\r\nDesign, supply, fabrication, installation, maintenance and removal of \r\ndemolition catch platforms;\r\nTake out and dispose of brick footings, level the ground, and restore to grass riverbank.\r\nSite restoration \r\n\r\nThe tendered price and accompanying design for the works must be returned and submitted in a separate sealed envelope or package, marked with the tenderers name for the attention of the Town Clerk and the invitation to tender title:\r\nThe Town Clerk\r\nBuckingham Town Council\r\ntenders@buckingham-tc.gov.uk\r\nBy no later than 1pm on Friday 30th May 2025",
