Nottingham City Council is seeking suitably experienced and qualified providers to establish a multiple provider framework for Care and Support service in an Extra Care Setting. The highest ranking 10 providers will be appointed to and awarded a Framework Agreement, which will then be used to enter into call-off contracts for a range of Extra Care Services which will offer citizens independent living in a home of their own where their needs can be met, and they can retain their independence. All services will have access to care and support on site, including care at night and background hours to enable citizens to maintain good overall health and wellbeing. The framework contract duration will be for 4 years and will commence 1st February 2025. The call-off contracts made under the framework will be up to 9 years. The total value of the framework agreement is estimated at up to a maximum of £25 million. This is based on estimations of all possible call -off contracts or orders from the framework.
