This number is indicative not guaranteed. \n\u2022\tWork will be issued in batches according to due date.\n\u2022\tContractors will be required to have access to and update the LBS Sub-Contractor portal.\n\u2022\tContractor\u2019s services should ensure it meets the same standard as LBS.\n\u2022\tIt is contractors\u2019 responsibility to arrange access into properties. No accesses will not be paid. \nNo guarantee or commitment can be given to the initial and future value of any work arising from this Tender.",
