Description

The Contracting Authority sought to appoint a Supplier to manage and operate the facility under a Concession Agreement and Lease for a term of 9.5 years. EDC sought to procure an Operator or consortium with strong facilities management expertise and a desire for delivering meaningful social impact. The Operator will run the day-to-day operation and management of the site including workspace units and the refurbished existing Coach House building with the objective of creating a vibrant, well-managed, safe and considerate site.
