The Council is committed to ensuring the health and safety of residents, staff, and visitors by maintaining full compliance with ACOP L8 and HSG 274.\nThe contract will cover the following sites:\nThe Civic, Stephens Place, BA14 8AH\nTrowbridge Museum, The Shires, BA14 8AT\nStudley Green Community Centre, Lambrok Road, BA14 9HQ\nTrowbridge Cemetery, Downside View, BA14 7NN\nWalkers Yard, Trowbridge Park, BA14 7EF\nLongfield Community Centre, Weavers Drive BA14 7DZ\nPublic Toilets, Trowbridge Park, BA14 8AH\n2. Scope of Works\nThe successful contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive water\nmanagement service.\nTenderers are asked to provide a schedule of temperature and legionella testing based\non the attached risk assessments and asset lists.\nAll remedial works included in the risk assessments will be completed separately.\nAll work must be carried out in accordance with British Standard BS7592 and comply\nwith ACOP L8 and HSG 274.\n3. Asset List and Risk Assessments\nSee appendix A for risk assessments and Asset list for each location\n4. Site inspections\nTenderers are invited to attend site visits on either the 15th or 17th April with an 8.30 start\nat the Civic Centre (Address above) please contact terrykawiti@trowbridge.gov.uk to\nbook a space.\nAny Questions will be answered during the site visits.\n5. Submission Requirements\nIn line with standard Trowbridge Town Council procedures, tenderers must submit:\nA. Financial Cost Statement: Detailed breakdown of annual monitoring.\nB. Technical Proposal: Methodology for testing and electronic logbook management.\nC. Experience: Evidence of similar contracts with local authorities or public sector\nclients.\nD. Health \u0026 Safety: Example RAMS and proof of relevant qualifications (e.g., LCA\nmembership).\nE. Insurance: Copies of Public and Employers\u0027 Liability insurance.\n6.
