The weighting reflects the need to ensure clinical governance and quality outcomes aligned to compliance with licencing requirement and clinical guidance are appropriately factored into the service delivery model requirements.\nInnovation - 10%\nInnovation weighting reflects a proportionate assessment for the service provision, without compromising on quality and delivery of safe care.\nValue - 15%\nValue weighting recognises the need for service efficiency and cost effectiveness, balancing this against the service not becoming cost driven.\nIntegration, collaboration and service sustainability - 15%\nIntegration, collaboration and service sustainability weighting reflects the need for effective collaboration within the wider health and care system for delivery of seamless care between services. \nImproving Access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice - 20%\nImproving access, inequalities and facilitating choice is weighted to reflect equitable access, and ensuring the service is configured around population needs. \nSocial Value - 10%\nSocial Value is weighted at the required minimum standard and ensuring providers contribute to local economic, social and environmental wellbeing, while maintaining focus on core service outcomes\nNHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB have conducted an assessment of the Provider against the stated Basic Selection Criteria and Key Criteria and considers that the existing provider is satisfying its current existing contract, will likely satisfy the new contract to a sufficient standard, and the proposed contracting arrangements are not changing considerably.",
