Bringing in an alternative service provider for a short period will be ineffective and lead to inefficiencies and a reduction in the quality of service currently provided. As the current service provided is out of contract it also presents a number of risks in addition to the above which includes capacity of our procurement service to support a full re-procurement process at short notice and if, an \u0027incident\u0027 did occur, it could result in protracted resolution without any contractual terms being in place.",
