      "features": "This will be an Open process with only 1 stage. \nPrior to completing or responding to the Tender, Post Office require that all suppliers register with the Government Central Digital Platform (\u0027CPD\u0027). Information of the CDP, including details of how to register, can be found on https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/.\nBidders must fully complete all elements of the Invitation To Tender (\u0027ITT\u0027) in order for their response to be considered valid. Only valid responses shall be evaluated.\nThe ITT includes 4 pass/fail Mandatory ITT Supplier Information questions. Bidders who self-certify that they meet the requirements of these questions will be required to provide evidence of this if they are successful at contract award stage.\nThe ITT includes 9 questions and 2 further social value questions where bidders are required to demonstrate their technical and professional ability. Bidder\u0027s answers to these questions will be evaluated by Post Office in accordance with the criteria laid out in Section 13 Technical Solution Evaluation of the ITT. \nFollowing evaluation, Post Office intends to appoint a maximum of three Bidders to deliver the services. Post office reserves the right to invite more than 3 Bidders to contract award in the circumstances that their is a tie for 3rd place."
