Due to the Council\u0027s on-going involvement in the Local Government Reorganisation process, it is unable to enter into a new lease arrangement for new devices at this time and is therefore looking to continue with the  existing devices that it has.\nThe additional time is required to properly scope out the requirement for the replacement Authority or Authorities. This cannot be completed prior to any decision on the structure of Local Government in Warwickshire and therefore a direct award is required to cover the transition period and allow the new Authority or Authorities to conduct the appropriate procurement exercise.",
