There is also a requirement by DfT to provide annual data in line with PAS 2161 and Road Condition Indicator (RCI) 130-01 \u0026 RCI130-02 for the classified network.\nThis was not a direct award but a restricted tender from an approved list of suppliers from the Department of Transport that authorities can select from.\nLocal highway authorities are expected to select a technology that is PAS2161 compliant. The list of suppliers were technology providers of PAS2161 demonstrated survey technologies.",
