This contract has been AWARDED and is NOT a call for competition. The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for door access remedial work at Leamington Spa Justice Centre, the door security card system was causing a significant issue for officers and staff accessing the building for a number of days, therefore a supplier with knowledge of the system was called to identify and resolve the problem. The Date signed is the date that the exemption was approved. The work is to be undertaken over a weekend to limit disruption and is expected not to exceed more than a week. The exemption has a value of £41,072.32 which the works should not exceed, this is below the relevant threshold and is PA2023 compliant.
