The services are required to be performed within the district for environmental offences by identifiable uniformed officer(s) trained to the minimum standards. \nThe aims and objectives and service priorities of this contract are: \n\u2022\tIssue Fixed Penalty Notices when offences are committed. \n\u2022\tEnsure an effective billing and reminder process, with full support should cases require escalation as a result of non-payment. \n\u2022\tAssist in the reduction of offences overall. \n\u2022\tPayment of a percentage to the Council from the Fixed Penalty Notices issued.",
