Lot Description: This is a contract award notice following the conclusion of a mini competition from the Welsh Government's Rural Support Dynamic Purchasing System, Category 1 (ref F119/2023/2024 - OCID Ref ocds-kuma6s-142675). The opportunity is therefore closed and not open to bids. The contract award will cover: The development of a quality assurance framework for the Animal Health Improvement Cycle (AHIC); Promotion and advise on the awareness and administration, preparation and training requirements and resource planning to support the the delivery of the AHIC scheme; Design and pilot options for defining and curating outcomes of the AHIC scheme; Governance on Animal Health and Welfare in the Sustainable Farming Scheme (SFS); and Integrate the quality assurance, outcome indicators and reporting function into an AHIC oversight group along with transition plans.
