    "procurementMethodRationale": "Urgent repairs  / other exceptional circumstances:\nThe Service and Maintenance contract allows us to have a specialist company respond to faults in the CCTV Control room or external Public Space CCTV, this is to operate 24/7 365 days a year. Our CCTV Control room is relied upon heavily by Nottinghamshire Police and our own Community Safety team for purpose of preventing Crime, either in the control room or external public space CCTV.  Currently the CCTV Network is all over Bassetlaw. This 1 year contract will allow the council to continue to provide a service provision of CCTV Service \u0026 Maintenance plus New CCTV Installs until December 2025.",
