A further competition was undertaken using CCS Framework: RM6263 Digital Specialists and Programmes - Lot 1 Digital Programmes Northumberland County Council (NCC) is seeking a delivery partner to support the transformation of its digital services and data capabilities in line with our transformation programme's efficiency and user-centred goals. This opportunity offers suppliers the chance to lead agile, multidisciplinary teams delivering high-impact outcomes across content design, user experience, and data engineering.
