Description
Rochford District Council is looking for a contractor to carry out improvement works at The Approach Car Park in Rayleigh. Bidders must provide two prices: one for resurfacing the whole car park (Option 1) and one for partial resurfacing (Option 2). Only one option will be taken forward and awarded.
