Years 3 - 5 are expected to include further cyclical and condition-led works such as window renewal or overhaul, potential roof repairs, classroom refurbishments, toilet upgrades, redecoration, and renewal of finishes including flooring and ceilings. The wider programme will also include general mechanical and electrical upgrades, covering wiring, lighting, heating, and ventilation improvements to maintain compliance and performance standards across the building.\nThe duration of the framework will be four (4) years.\nThe estimated contract value given is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated annual contract value is therefore \u00a32,500,000.00.",
