Declared and potential conflicts of interest were assessed and none were identified.\nThe Key Criteria were weighted as stated below:\n1) Quality and innovation 25%\n2) Value 15%\n3) Integration, collaboration and service sustainability 25%\n4) Improving access, reducing health inequalities and faciliating choice 30%\n5) Social value 5%\nIt was deemed that Criteria 1,3 and 4 were of most importance due to the integrated and collobarative nature of the services, with the requirement that the services must be provided to a high and safe standard, while facilitating access to service users and reducing inequalities.\nThe provider identified as the Most Suitable Provider demonstrated that they satisfy the above Key Criteria, and provided assurance to the decision makers of their skills, knowledge and experience in delivering the service.",
