The works encompass public realm enhancements for Princes Dock Street and Humber Dock Street, including comprehensive surveys and site investigations. The works include the creation of high-quality public spaces through improved pedestrian footways and dockside areas, as well as new permanent footway build-outs on Princes Dock Street to enhance pedestrian flow and safety. The scheme also includes upgraded pedestrian and cycling accessibility, soft landscaping to enrich the urban environment, and the installation of public art and heritage interpretation features reflecting the site\u0027s cultural significance. Further improvements involve lighting upgrades and new street furniture to enhance functionality and visual appeal. For Humber Dock Street specifically, the works include providing new power supplies and installing new mooring bollards along the marina.",
