The police service has formed the Road Safety Trust (RST), a charity, to provide the business support to the Scheme through the not for profit operating company UK Road Offender Education (UKROEd).\nAny full or provisional driving licence holder considered at fault by the the police force following an incident, may be offered a place on the appropriate NDORS course as an alternative to prosecution.\nThese courses are available to book online or in person at locations throughout the force areas of South Wales Police Gwent Police and North Wales Police.",
