    "description": "The Royal Borough of Greenwich (the Contracting Authority) is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake works for the upgrade of the communal heating and ventilation system at Azile Everitt House and upgrade of the communal heating system at 50 St. John\u0027s Park.\r\n\r\nThis is a single stage procurement exercise and details of the works to be delivered under this contract are set out in more detail in the procurement documents.\r\n\r\nThe contract period will be for a period of nine (9) months from the contract commencement date.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nThis procurement is being managed through the Contracting Authority\u0027s e-tendering portal, Proactis Procontract, hosted at: https://procontract.due-north.com.\r\n\r\nThe procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at: https://procontract.due-north.com/.\r\n\r\nTo be able to access the procurement documents you must register your company details on the ProContract portal.
