    "description": "The successful Supplier will be required to provide cleaning services to Our lady of the Magnificat MAC. Four schools are part of the tender, and we are seeking tender submissions for the whole contract.\nOur Lady of the Magnificat MAC is a well-established Multi Academy Company situated across Warwickshire and Worcestershire, which include the following 4 schools where the successful contractor will be required to deliver a service and meet the requirements of the specification from the contract commencement.\nThe schools which will be part of the tender are:\nSecondary /Middle Schools (4)  \n\u2022St Augustine\u2019s Catholic High School and Sixth Form, Stonepit Lane, Hunt End, Redditch, B97 5LX\n\u2022St Bede\u2019s Catholic Middle School, Holloway Lane, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 7HA\n\u2022Trinity Catholic School, Guys Cliffe Avenue, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 6NB\n\u2022St Benedict\u2019s Catholic High School and Sixth Form, Kinwarton Road, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6PX\nThe final list of schools to be included within the scope of the tender will be confirmed within the tender specification when issued to bidders.\nThe contract being tendered is for 3 years in duration from 1st November 2026 until 31 October 2029, with the option to extend for further terms of 1 + 1 years on the same terms and conditions excluding the right to further extend. The contract will be a fixed price in nature, with the Contractor invoicing the Client for one-twelfth of the annual cost monthly.\nWhilst the monthly charge will represent one-twelfth of the contract cost, a reconciliation will take place monthly to reconcile the actual hours worked within the contract. If the hours worked are less than those budgeted a credit will be required by the schools.
