    "description": "Moulton College wishes to appoint a company to provide a fully managed catering service to College students and staff, with occasional pre-arranged catering of events. However, the Provider is actively encouraged to maximise the commercial opportunity available to expand the service by offering catering / refreshments for evening and weekend events and to external customers. \nThe primary objective of the contract is to ensure that a high standard of catering is maintained, providing a highly proactive, appealing, and nutritious catering service that makes a significant contribution to the health and wellbeing of the students.\nThe Customer is seeking to enter into a contract with a Provider who:\n\u2022is a suitably qualified supplier of catering services, \n\u2022can deliver a fully managed, outsourced catering service to the Customer\u0027s sites,\n\u2022can offer an affordable contract costing model, ultimately reducing the cost to the Customer, \n\u2022will support the Customer\u0027s aims of providing high quality, healthy and nutritious meals, at an affordable price,\n\u2022will work in close partnership with the Customer to offer age appropriate, hot and cold meals which exceed the Government\u0027s requirements for School Food Standards and take into account individual student dietary requirements where necessary,\n\u2022will work with the Customer to market and maximise the number of student meals being bought,\n\u2022will maximise the commercial opportunity offered by the Customer\u0027s catering facilities, particularly the coffee shops, by taking advantaged of additional opportunities offered by weekend and evening events (sporting events, open days etc.).\nThe Contract will be for a period of three years with three options to extend of 12 months each.\nFor more information about this opportunity, please visit the Delta eSourcing portal at:\nhttps://www.delta-esourcing.com/tenders/UK-UK-Northamptonshire:-Canteen-and-catering-services./25277HV357 \nTo respond to this opportunity, please click here:\nhttps://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/25277HV357",
