Every 6 months (approximately) the project is subject to a review by our Executive Projects Director.\nThis review has three inputs overall, providing a \u2018triangulated\u2019 delivery confidence assessment (DCA) and this procurement will source the \u2018external review team\u2019.\nThese reviews by an \u2018external review team\u2019 give business leadership confidence that positive outcomes can be achieved for the project by: \n\u2022 Ensuring that all functions of the project have a robust understanding of history, status and future path. \n\u2022 Confirming that appropriate tools, techniques and suitably qualified and experienced personnel (SQEP) resources are in place. \n\u2022 Validating that project performance represents an accurate current and forecast position. \n\u2022 Highlighting whether interventions are required and, if so, correctly directing.",
