    "description": "The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest (\u201cthe Authority\u201d) are seeking Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Contract for the Provision of Supported Housing for Single homeless adults within the borough.\nThe contract shall commence on 1st July 2025 and shall continue up to and including 30th June 2028 with the option to extend for two x twelve month periods up to 30th June 2030 (\u201cthe Contract Period\u201d).\nThe Authority is seeking to appoint one provider to deliver the provision of Supported Housing for single homeless adults within the borough. Adults who are either homeless or faced with homelessness may face multiple challenges when trying to engage and use the services they need. Their support needs may be complex, and they face challenging life circumstances, including as a result of abuse or exploitation.\nAn additional barrier to accessing accommodation and services for this group  is that they may have undiagnosed or untreated mental health problems and other related conditions that may significantly compromise their capacity to both to address the risks that may cause homelessness.\nTo address these challenges the services commissioned under this agreement will be required to adopt and embed the service delivery principles into day to day working practice.\nThe budget available, over the potential five-year contractual period, include any extensions is \u00a3810,000.00. The maximum contract value per annum is \u00a3162,000.00.",
