Lot Description: Service to provide in-County Initial Health Assessments for Children and Young People in Worcestershire, see the following service outline<br/>• pilot to test effectiveness of a CQC organisation utilising GMC registered Doctors to undertake Initial Health Assessments for Children Looked After in Worcestershire.<br/>• Delivery of the pilot must be compliant with Statutory time frame for completion of assessment and use CORAM BAAF templates<br/>• Assessments must take place face to face in Worcestershire<br/>• 4 individual assessments per week at a Worcestershire clinic setting to be identified by HWHCT<br/>• Cost per assessment to include all aspects of the assessment including completion of appointments, documentation, letters, referrals, individual care plan and identification of necessary follow up.
