Eligible accommodation costs will be covered by housing benefit and ineligible costs will be covered via a service charge payable by the occupant under a license agreement between the occupant and Registered Social Landlord.The 200 units of Supported Exempt Accommodation must be secured under this contract and support provision in place no later than 18 months from contract commencement.CCC will have 100% nomination rights into the service.",
