    "description": "Bracknell Forest Council Public Health team currently commission Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health (ISH) services on behalf of the three Berkshire East councils (Bracknell Forest Council, Slough Council and Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead).\nWhile many sexual and reproductive health indicators for Berkshire East local authorities are performing comparatively well to national outcomes, there are some areas for improvement, including:\n\u2022\tImproving the chlamydia detection rate\n\u2022\tReducing new syphilis and gonorrhoea infections\n\u2022\tImplementing HIV prevention strategies to:\no\tReduce new HIV diagnosis\no\tIncrease HIV testing\no\tImprove earlier detection of HIV and reduce late HIV diagnosis\n\u2022\tIncreasing contraceptive offer\n\u2022\tReducing under 25s abortions and repeat abortions\n\u2022\tEnsuring a more equitable access to sexual and reproductive services\nWhat we are looking for\nThe provision of ISH services for Berkshire East which will include the provision of:\n\u2022\tAn Integrated Sexual Health Service covering all 3 levels of sexual and reproductive health care (levels 1, 2, and 3).\n\u2022\tOnline sexual health services offering access to emergency hormonal contraception, STI and HIV testing, with opportunities to include testing provision for under-18s, as well as condom distribution and PrEP management.\n\u2022\tOutreach services delivering targeted support for children and young people and underserved population groups.\n\u2022\tComprehensive sexual and reproductive health promotion, including a dedicated website offering detailed information and advice on sexual and reproductive health.\nThe service configuration will be tailored to meet the needs of each local authority area.\nMarket engagement event\n\u2022\tDate: 20 May\n\u2022\tTime: 11am - 12.30pm\n\u2022\tLocation: Teams\nInformation we will provide\n\u2022\tOur vision and scope for the service\n\u2022\tSexual and reproductive health needs in Berkshire East\n\u2022\tIntended impact (outcomes and outputs) for the service\n\u2022\tOur approach to procurement\n\u2022\tKey dates in the procurement process\n\u2022\tEstimated costs\nInformation we would like to know\n\u2022\tFeedback on the service specification\n\u2022\tViability of the proposal\n\u2022\tCapabilities/expertise your organisation can offer\n\u2022\tPartnership availability\nPlease submit your expression of interest via the e-tendering portal and we will share the Teams invite.\nFor any questions, please contact Public.Health@bracknell-forest.gov.uk",
