This Tender Notice is issued alongside the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ), launching Stage One \u2013 Conditions of Participation. Up to six suppliers per lot will be shortlisted.\nShortlisted bidders will be invited to submit an Initial Tender (Stage Two). Following evaluation, SNG may either shortlist down to two bidders per lot for negotiation and Best and Final Offers, or, where Initial Tender submissions are sufficiently clear and competitive, SNG reserves the right to evaluate and award directly on the basis of the Initial Tenders without entering a negotiation stage.\nFinal evaluation\u2014whether from Initial Tenders or Best and Final Offers\u2014will identify the Most Advantageous Tender, with one supplier appointed per lot subject to governance approval."
