The first stage of this process will be an expression of interest, advertised via publication of this Prior Information Notice as allowed by Regulation 75(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.\nAs per regulation 75(1)(b)(iv) this contract will be awarded without further publication and therefore interested economic operators should express their interest in writing, should they wish to be considered.\nInitial term = 36 months starting 01/11/2024 ending 31/10/2027\nOptional extension = 18 months\nAnnual value of \u00a3348,840.",
