    "description": "Barnes Primary School is a successful split site primary school located in Barnes, London. They are a thriving, two-form entry primary school with a nursery. They currently have approximately 490 pupils across the two sites, including 60 in the nursery, as well as approximately 70 teaching and support staff onsite. \nThe School is tendering its cleaning services with a contract start date of 1st August 2026. The initial  term will run for three years, ending on 31st July 2029, with a requirement for termly and annual reviews and a break clause to support both parties should the relationship not prosper. There will be an option to extend for up to two further years (1+1) by mutual agreement, based on qualitative and financial performance.
