    "description": "We are running plastic film collection trials with two councils \u2013 Swansea and Vale of Glamorgan. As part of the trials, we are looking at the options for where to send the plastic material. This is a cost that will be borne by WRAP \u2013 funded by our WG grant. There are a limited number of off takers that are able to process the material and we will be very cautious about who we use as there are examples of their being issues with companies going into administration.
