    "procurementMethodRationale": "PSR 2023 DA C permits the direct award without competition if the provider has satisfied the service delivery. \nCGL has already providing the service and this contract is the enhanced service funded by the Supplemental Substance Misuse Treatment and Recovery Grant (SSMTRG) to increase the number of patients in drug and alcohol treatment, improve the quality of treatment and reduce drug related deaths, and comes with a set menu of interventions, for which the funding can be used. This Enhance Substance Misuse service is one of the interventions.  \nThe contract is to provide the intervention to individual to support drugs and alcohol rehabilitation. This is to increase capacity, accessibility and quality of treatment and recovery services via a range of roles and interventions, in line with New National Strategy guidance, SSMTRG targets and funding conditions to enhance the current contract that is delivered by CGL.",
