This includes export meters and strategic assets.\nBelow is an overview of the core components for each Lot within the tendering exercise.\nLOT 1 - POWER\nNWG seeks a supplier who can fulfil the following contract requirements and intends to\nput in place a framework agreement for the supply and administration of 1,829 electricity\nsupply points including both import and export (1,314 NHH 515 HH - correct as of July\n2025).\nThe contract has an estimated annual value of \u00a353M/year (estimated gross of any\npayments to NWL for electricity export).\nAll electricity contracts must be provided by a single supplier. The successful suppliers\nmust have appropriate supply licenses for import and export and must be able to\ndemonstrate their experience in providing similar services to other clients.\nLOT 2 - GAS\nPage 3 to 12\nNWG seeks a supplier who can fulfil the following contract requirements and intends to\nput in place a framework agreement for the supply and administration of both import and\nexport gas supply points (25 MPRNs - correct as of July 2025).\nThe requirement is for gas supply contracts for 25 supplies covering import and export of\ngas. The contract has an estimated annual value of \u00a34M/year (estimated gross of any\npayments to NWL for gas export).\nAll gas contracts must be provided by a single supplier. The successful suppliers must\nhave appropriate supply licences for import and export and must be able to demonstrate\ntheir experience in providing similar services to other clients.\nLOT 3 - MOP \u0026 DC/DA\nNWG seeks a supplier to appoint a Meter Operator (MOP) provider to provide Data\nAggregation and Data Collection (DA/DC) Services for any new or existing half-hourly\nelectricity supply points. The MOP agreement will cover the installation, maintenance, and\nmanagement of energy meters, ensuring accurate usage recording, proper upkeep, and\nregulatory compliance. As of July 2025, NWG is currently overseeing 515 HH MPANs.\nDue to the timeline of this current tender, NWG acknowledge that the Market-wide HalfHourly Settlement (MHHS) is a significant reform in the UK\u0027s electricity market, aiming to\ntransition all electricity meters to half-hourly settlement. As per NWG\u0027s understanding,\nchanges which will take place under MHSS are as follows:\n\u2022 MOPs (Meter Operators) are becoming MOAs (Meter Operating Agents).\n\u2022 DC/DA roles are being replaced by Smart Data Services (SDS) and Advanced Data\nServices (ADS).\n\u2022 HH/NHH classifications will be replaced with Smart, Advanced, or UMS.\n\u2022 Contracts for Metering Services Smart (MSS) or Metering Services Advanced (MSA).",
