    "description": "The project is for the provision of Fire Alarm Services \u2013 PSNI Estate. \nThe Supplier will be responsible for the routine maintenance on the following assets:\n\u2022\tFire Alarm Systems\n\u2022\tGas Suppression Systems\n\u2022\tSprinkler Systems\n\u2022\tDisabled Refuge Systems \nThe Supplier will be responsible for the maintenance of fire alarm systems in accordance with BS5839-1:2017.  Current systems include L1 to L4 categories, approximately 50 highly sensitive aspirating smoke detection systems and sprinkler/watermist type systems. \nThe Supplier will also be responsible for the maintenance of sprinkler systems at three sites in accordance with BS EN 12845. \nThe service shall be made available 24 hours per day and 365 days per year or 366 days per leap year (including all weekends and holiday periods).\nIn addition to the above maintenance requirements, the Supplier will on occasions be asked to supply, install and maintain additional assets such as those listed above.",
