    "description": "The University is the single occupier of the Maxwell building. The building houses professional services, teaching spaces and a canteen located on the ground floor. The building is located centrally on the Peel Park campus and operates as the main campus reception. The Think Lab is located on the 7th floor, which is made up of staff offices and teaching rooms.\nThe University have been unable to access a number of ceiling voids throughout the 7th floor, due to the presence of asbestos containing materials in varied condition. The University are proposing to remove asbestos containing materials and undertake an environmental clean of a number of ceiling voids on the floor.\nThe project will briefly consist of:\n\u2022 Protection of all retained surface finishes and building elements as required both within and outside work areas.\n\u2022 Asbestos removal and remediation works, including associated analytical air monitoring\n\u2022 Strip out of existing ceilings\n\u2022 Alterations to the existing mechanical and electrical systems\n\u2022 Installation of new ceiling systems\n\u2022 Internal decorations\n\u2022 Making good and commissioning works.",
