The service provides a health outreach model with a multi-disciplinary approach for single homeless people with complex needs, including ex-rough sleepers. Following a direct award process, in accordance with Direct Award process C under the new Provider Selection Regime (PSR), which came into force on the 1st of January 2024, the Council are proposing to award a contract to University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) for a period of 11 months from 1st May 2025 until 31st March 2026 for a total cost of £251,471.92.
