    "description": "The Assembly and Maintenance service for 46 market stalls in Bromley Town Centre\nweekly on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday, all year round with the option for an\noccurrence for seven extended markets(remaining in situ for longer than Thursday to\nSaturday) a year.\nThe number of required stalls can vary each week dependent on the number of traders\nwho have booked in. Trader numbers and stall pitch locations are confirmed each week\nby midday on the Wednesday.\nAn extended market is held each Christmas, typically for the two weeks prior to Christmas\nand ending on Christmas Eve.\nThe number of required stalls may vary each week dependent on the number of traders\nwho have booked in. Trader numbers and stall pitch locations are confirmed each week\nby midday on the Wednesday.\nThe Contractor will:\nTransport the stalls and associated infrastructure from the Market Stores to the Premises\nin the High Street on Thursday and return the stalls to the Market Stores at the end of\nmarket trading on Saturday.\nEnsure that the required number of market stalls have been erected and are ready for the\ntraders by 6am of each Thursday.\nUndertake the dismantlement of the stalls from 6pm on each Saturday.\nEnsure that no items belonging to the set-up and/or take-down of the market are left on\nthe High Street after set-up, dismantlement and storage.\nErect the required number of stalls (together with the required side sheets and awnings) in\nthe stall pitch positions as confirmed by the Bromley Market Team prior to the market\ncommencing on the Thursday.\nConnect all electricity supplies from the electrical boxes to the stalls (i.e extension cables\nand plug sockets) and ensure they are all in working order.\nRepair or provide new cable runs as required.\nEnsure any cable runs on the High Street are covered with ground rubber and do not\npresent a trip hazard.\nEnsure any electric boxes are secured or adequately guarded and do not present a trip\nhazard.\nSet-up and connect generators where specifically instructed by the Bromley Markets\nTeam and ensuring generators are adequately secured to prevent theft.\nSet up all required tables, securing all tops and skirts to the tables.\nEnsure the stalls are fixed securely, that the legs are secured in the anchor points or with\nstall weights where required or specifically instructed by the Bromley Markets Team.\nEnsure a proper hand over to the Market Supervisor on Thursday morning before leaving\nthe Premises; the hand-over should include information on any asset damage or problems\nencountered during set-up which have prevented the ability to fulfil any aspect of the\nservice specification.\nEnsure that all anchor point covers are back in position before leaving the Premises on\ncompletion of market dismantle.\nEnsure that all electric box covers are back in position before leaving the Premises on\ncompletion of market dismantle.\nEnsure that upon take-down all market related equipment is returned to and stored\ncorrectly in the Market Stores",
