Lot Description: Places for People sought a Main Contractor to finalise the design and undertake the build, that can complete the delivery of change of use of Community Support Centre (Use Class F2) to residential specialist apartments (Use Class C3) and staff accommodation with associated internal and external works. The new works will comprise the construction of residential units together with associated plot external works and where appropriate the relevant infrastructure works.
