        "description": "The objective of this QSQ is to qualify Applicants\nonto the Qualifications Systems for the design,\nmanufacture, supply and installation of multiple\ntelecoms equipment colocation cabins. These\ncolocation modules may consist of a temperaturecontrolled 9m \u00d7 3m \u00d7 3m container and house a\nrange of telecommunications equipment (that are\nowned and operated by others) with accompanying\nelectrical supplies, fibre optic distribution system\nand supporting installations. The scope includes but\nwill not be limited to; \u00b7 Cabin and systems design \u00b7\nCabin structure \u00b7 Cabin internals \u00b7 HVAC (Heating,\nventilation, and air conditioning) \u00b7 AC Power \u00b7 DC\nPower system \u00b7 Earthing system \u00b7 Lightening\nprotection system \u00b7 UPS (Uninterrupted Power\nSupply)\n\u00b7 Fibre management systems \u00b7 Cable management\nsystems \u00b7 Equipment cabinets \u00b7 Building\nmanagement system \u00b7 Control Panel \u00b7 Intruder\nalarm system \u00b7 Fire alarm system \u00b7 Fire\nsuppressant system \u00b7 Emergency and escape\nlighting \u00b7 Cabin access and controls system \u00b7 Water\nleak detection systems \u00b7 CCTV systems \u00b7 Duties\nassociated with the role of PSDP (Project\nSupervisor for the Design Process) and PSCS\n(Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage) \u00b7\nAny other ancillary works associated with any of the\nabove \u00b7 The scope may also include upgrades,\nmodifications, extensions and maintenance to new\nand/or existing telecoms equipment colocation\ncabins. Please find further information and details\nof the colocation modules that will be required\nunder the contract in Appendix 5 Co-Location\nFacility Data Sheet. The Contracting Entity reserves\nthe right to call off from the Qualification System in\nrespect of ancillary services that may be required to\nbe performed in Northern Ireland. Admission to the\nQualification System is subject to Applicants\nmeeting the minimum requirements and minimum\nscores set out in this QSQ. The details of how the\nQualification System will operate are set out in\nAppendix 2 (Operation of the Qualification System).\nApplicants should note that from time to time over\nthe term of the Qualification System, the\nContracting Entity, at its sole discretion but without\naltering the overall nature of the Qualification\nSystem, may modify the Qualification System to\nreflect changes in its requirements. The conditions\nunder which such an option may be exercised by\nthe Contracting Entity will be outlined in the relevant\ncall off competition document.",
