    "description": "South Downs National Park Authority wishes to appoint a consultant to a single supplier framework with the objective of securing specialist sustainable construction advice for planning officers.  The duration of the framework is three years commencing on 30 June 2025.  The SDNPA may extend the Framework Period by a further period or periods of up to 2 years by giving written notice to the Contractor of its wish to extend this Framework and the required length of such extension.  The service is required across all development management teams within the South Downs National Park, to include SDNPA planners in the recovered service areas (Adur and Worthing, Arun, Brighton and Hove, Horsham, Mid-Sussex, and Wealden) and also those planners working within the host authorities (Chichester, East Hampshire, Lewes and Eastbourne, and Winchester).  Planning applications will range across the whole of the National Park.",
