The services operating under this contract will be managed and administered centrally by the Revenues Department of our Resources Directorate.\nThe services required as part of this Framework include:\n1. \u2018No-win-no-fee\u2019 VAT reclamation projects - these will be either the Councils or Supplier suggested VAT related projects for which the payment mechanism will be a NWNF % of the reclaimed VAT figure.\n2. Specialist tax advice on major projects \u2013 as required and directed by the Councils, and paid on a daily or hourly rate basis.",
