It is anticipated that additional sites will also be added throughout the duration of the contract, including but not limited to, additional high rise blocks, complex corporate structures such as shopping centres and educational facilities etc.\nConsideration is required for work in progress at the end of the four-year contract duration. For continuity of services any demolition package(s) still in progress as the stipulated contract duration ends will be concluded by the incumbent Consultant. This will be as an allowable modification for extension to the contract.",
