The Service will work with each individual and Surrey\u0027s Young People\u0027s Substance Use Service to develop a package of care to support the young person/young adult in their recovery from harmful substance use.  This will include group work, one-to-one engagement, recovery and \u0027moving on\u0027 interventions and will give each young person/young adult the skills to live independently after leaving this service.
