The\nBookkeeping and Payroll Service is only for those individuals who have either been\nassessed under Section 2 of the Carers and Disabled Children Act 2000, Care Act 2014\nor Children and Families Act 2014 and who are ordinarily a resident within the City of\nWolverhampton. This will include older and disabled people over the age of 16, people\nwith parental responsibility for a disabled child and carers aged 16 and over or an appointed suitable person. The contract will be for five years from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030 with an option to extend for two periods of one year at the sole discretion of the council.",
